[Elinux-wiki-dev] Enable '.odg' image uploads

Hi Bill,

Thanks very much.

Uploading some ODG files (1-2 MiB in size) I hit a couple of HTTP 503s from Varnish. But, retrying the upload a few times got successful uploads.
