<p>I have a 2.5Amp AC to 5V DC power supply (positive on the inside of the barrel) that shows a voltage of 5.4V without a load (just using a multi-meter) and have tried several monitors but each of these reports no signal input.</p>

<p>The board shows only has one illuminated led light when power is applied - I believe that there should be two?</p>

<p>Is the board defective or should I be doing something else (it was purchased recently from Mouser).</p>
