Just some feedback to the list... I ordered one of these from George mid week and he popped it in the post Saturday and I got it today and got it all setup. The kit came with everything needed, the acrylic was still protected and looked great and all the proper spacers and screws where in the bag. It was really easy to put together and I like the way it all fits. I'm going to be happy running my MBM in this setup.

It should be noted that he includes a right angle header to solder to J2 (The white plug, to the left of the serial header), but I already had put my vertical one on, so I didn't make the change.

Some quick pics..

On Mon, Sep 7, 2015 at 11:48 AM, George Hartzell <hartzell@alerce.com> wrote:

Do you want one of SC::Elementary's protective cases for your
MinnowBoard Max? If so, read on....

The folk(s) at SC::Elementary wrote a nice article about setting up a
MinnowBoard Max, you can/should check it out here:

http://scelementary.com/2015/03/10/minnowboard-max-introduction.html

I liked the case that they built and they were nice enough to share
their design file. Here's my description of assembling mine:

Since I had to buy a day membership to a local hacker space and bought
a full sheet of acrylic, I ended up a half dozen extras.

If you'd like one, let me know. Here's how it'll work:

- Cost, shipped in the US, is $25. I don't have the time to
figure out international stuff.
- First come, first served
- I'll send you the three acrylic parts, the black nylon
standoffs/spacers/screws and (for grins) a power connector.
- When you receive it and are content, you can mail me a check or
pay me via paypal.
- If it's not what you expected, you'll mail it back.

I can only ship on Fridays or Saturdays, so you might need to practice
patience.

Let me know if you're interested.
