It includes ISP (In Circuit Programming) cable. I have used it a lot and it’s really good. I actually prefer it before my expensive programmers. I think the firmware are not present or faulty, as you should have 2 LEDs lighting. It looks like this if you have a empty SPI flash.<br class="">
