<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">As was suggested, the likely cause is a blown F1 (from what we've seen).<br>
The fuse can be found on the top of the board near the USB connectors,<br>
opposite side from the sd-card cage. It's a little blue thing with an<br>
"N" on it. If you have a multimeter, you can check if there's any<br>
voltage across the line while the board is on, to see if it's blown (and<br>
something I'd recommend before considering an RMA or attempting to<br>
repair it yourself).<br>
<br>
Although it is possible to replace it with another 1.5A - 2A fuse of the<br>
same size (it has to be soldered), be aware that doing so will void<br>
your manufacturer's warranty.<br>
<br>
If you've been able to confirm that F1 is in fact blown, I'd recommend<br>
going through the RMA process as your first option.<br>
