Well that clearly sounds like something else is not right here..3A should be enough.<br>

Let's get back to basics..<br>
<br>
Step 1:<br>
Connect->bare board, power supply, monitor, keyboard and mouse. NO boot device or USB keys.<br>
DO NOT CONNECT THE NETWORK HERE...<br>
<br>
Does this come up in the bios or boot shell?? Yes or NO...<br>
<br>
Does it clearly see your mouse and keyboard & monitor..this is fairly critical?<br>
<br>
Step 2:<br>
if this comes up, remove power, add a boot device(SD card prefered)...what happens?<br>
Does this work. Yes or No?<br>
<br>
Step 3: Remove SD card if it worked, try USB boot device.<br>
Does this work. Yes or NO.<br>
<br>
You have to take this step by step and see where it's going off the rails, you have too many variables now..<br>
