the base i/o voltage on the Baytrail-I processor is 1.8V, however knowing that<br>
most of the low speed devices that people/makers would want to use with on the<br>
Low Speed Expansion, we included level shifters onboard. all of the i/o on the<br>
LSE is at 3.3V.<br>
