If you want to customize the Intel FSP binary for your board, please follow the FSP release notes and download BCT tool to configure the FSP binary.

Intel Bay Trail FSP is already available at https://github.com/IntelFsp/FSP/tree/BayTrail. You cannot create FSP by yourself.

In a stage it need a FSP file .
