[MinnowBoard] Microcode binary file for Minnowboard Max for Legacy Bios for coreboot

Dear Friends,
I am compiling Seabios and coreboot for Minnowboard Max that create a
Legacy Bios  .
I got BayTrailFSP.fd for binary FSP . But it need a binary file for
Microcode

I would be grateful if let me know I should compile this link for to get it?
