[MinnowBoard] FSP file for Minnowboard Max for Legacy Bios

Dear Friends
I am compiling Seabios and coreboot for Minnowboard Max that creat a Legacy
Bios  .
In a stage it need a FSP file .
I would be grateful if let me know I should compile this link for to get it
or it is was read.
