[MinnowBoard] Minnowboard firmware update

Since you updated to 32bit firmware, the 64bit shell utility won't work. 
Try using the 32bit shell utility 
(MinnowBoard.MAX.FirmwareUpdateIA32.efi) along with the 64bit firmware 
binary (MNW2MAX1.X64.0096.R01.1706301849.bin).
