[MinnowBoard] TurboT Quad Core problems with Jetway ADMPEIDLB 2 port mPCIe NIC (via SilverJaw)

I didn't update the Linux drivers because the board functioned properly in
a different PC running the exact same Linux (16.04.2 LTS) distribution
without requiring updated drivers. I didn't check the igb driver revs to
be sure but I can check that & update to the most recent (available from
Intel I think).

Thanks,
Peter
