[MinnowBoard] sata drive howto and boot

thanks, probably I could investigate a bit more how to load/configure the
UEFI shell for different OS usage.
It is more a side project right now for me, to have some small workstations
for embedded programming/network programming.

Anyway, my current situation is that have multiple USB sticks and one USB
flash drive. I think the SATA approach is nice, but compared with a big
computer, there is no 12V power supply for the HDD (not sure, if it is 12V,
but the connector from PC power supplies look like higher voltage)

Anyway, next time slot for debugging for me will probably be the weekend.
