[MinnowBoard] sata drive howto and boot

Hi,

I was playing a bit more with the Minnowboard last weekend.

a) I tried a FreeBSD install onto a USB Flashdrive but the boot did not
work yet, maybe I miss something. I was basically stuck in the UEFI shell,
only now seeing the fs0: command to try booting from the new drive.

b) Instead of working with a USB flash drive, the SATA drive option sounds
interesting. Yet, I can't quickly see what cables I need, esp. for powering
the SATA drive. Anyone has pointers here?
