[MinnowBoard] Problem with audio over HDMI

Hi,
I'm trying to run my Qt QML application(video player) on minnow board
running a agl yocto build image.

The application is running fine on my desktop but when run on the board the
audio is not heard from the HDMI slotted screen.
Even if i use gstreamer commands from the terminal, the video is being
played on the monitor but no audio output.

Please provide me with solution.
