[MinnowBoard] Difference between 'MinnowBoard Turbot Dual Core Board' and 'MinnowBoard Turbot DUAL Core Board'

Hello Wolfgang. 

Functionally, there is no difference. Same firmware and software and perf. The key difference being board level changes to achieve Class B emissions--versus Class A on the currently available Turbot Dual-core...in stock at Mouser and Arrow...Netgate is sold out. 

What should you do? :  the Class A vs B difference is only important when one goes to production based on the design....enables you to achieve residential and commercial certs. For development and prototyping, it is all the same, just get the currently available Turbot dual-core (class A) at Mouser or arrow. 

Note: there is no ETA to assemble and ship the Class B Turbot dual-core...right now in CAD only. We will revisit as needed and listen to feedback. Stay tuned.  The quad-core version is shipping now, which is Class B natively.

Note 2: If you go to the designs files repo on github.com/minnowboard-org you will see two root folders for Turbot dual-core (CAD databases pending)...the latest one is the Class B.
