[MinnowBoard] email from list: too many bounces

ok. i basically did not want to be in a situation with gmail hammering your
mail-server for some reason. i was thinking maybe they changed something to
force mail-list servers to re-configure. the message that was sent allowed
me to rejoin so i get the list mails .
