[MinnowBoard] email from list: too many bounces

hello,
this morning i get an email from the list stating my account is being
disabled due to too many bounces. i'm not sure i understand the term. i
think it means that emails sent to me by list are being bounced back from
gmail to the list. if this is correct i have no idea how to fix it. if not
correct, what does this mean? thanks.
