[MinnowBoard] Minnownoard max design with Gerber fils and install it

-I use the Max Gerber files
-The both of Leds are on but them have not delay when they are turning on .
-It was got with BJA device.
_I used BAYTRAIL-IFH8065301567311.
-Nothing do not come on serial port
-I do not know  how debug frimwear .
-I can not sure about BGA components How check them ?
