[MinnowBoard] connecting mipi/csi camera to the minnowboard

The simple answer is no, we can't connect a MIPI/CSI camera to the
MinnowBoard MAX/Turbot directly, as we lack a connector for MIPI/CSI.

The longer, more complicated is: yes, but it's obviously complicated.
The E38xx series SoCs do support MIPI/CSI on them directly, however
because of space, complexity, cost, a lack of a commonly accepted
connector, and general lack of open source drivers (at the time) for
MIPI/CSI cameras, when the MAX/Turbot was designed we forwent a header
for it.  Fast forward a bit and the situation with MIPI/CSI is better,
but it's not currently on the board.  It could be added with a custom
spin of the board, but I don't currently know of anyone doing that.
