[MinnowBoard] opencl and machine learning

It's the HD Intel Graphics 4000 chipset, and yes there's support:

is probably a good place to start, and we've tested it (though not
extensively) on the MinnowBoard MAX / Turbot.

Would definitely love to see some machine learning stuff going on, so
let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
