[MinnowBoard] MinnowBoard MAX 0.93 64-Bit & network lost

So doing some quick testing with a pre-production dual-e (as listed
below), as well as a stock off the shelf current Turbot (so an i211 and
a 8111gs), I'm not able to trigger the problem as described by David Scully.

My setup:

Client Side:
	Turbot [Dual-e]
	/etc/debian_version: 8.5
	kernel: 3.16.7-ckt11

There's a gigabit switch between the MB and my desktop

Server Side:
My desktop at work w/ an Intel Corporation 82579LM network card

Ran the test identically to what David Scully had, save changing the
clients destination of the server and I'm getting:

Server Side:
	------------------------------------------------------------
Client connecting to 1.2.3.5, TCP port 5001
TCP window size: 502 KByte (default)
	------------------------------------------------------------
	[ 7] local 1.2.3.4 port 37212 connected with 1.2.3.5
	      port 5001
	[ 7] 0.0-300.0 sec 32.2 GBytes >800 Mbits/sec
	[ 5] 0.0-300.0 sec 32.8 GBytes >800 Mbits/sec

On the client side:
	------------------------------------------------------------
Client connecting to 10.7.199.71, TCP port 5001
TCP window size: 162 KByte (default)
	------------------------------------------------------------
	[ 5] local 1.2.3.5 port 55213 connected with 1.2.3.4
	      port 5001
	[ 4] local 1.2.3.5 port 5001 connected with 1.2.3.4
	      port 37212
	[ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth
	[ 5] 0.0-300.0 sec 32.8 GBytes >800 Mbits/sec
	[ 4] 0.0-300.0 sec 32.2 GBytes >800 Mbits/sec
	#

So I'm hoping either Abdelghani or David Scully can elaborate on what
they are seeing in the hopes of figuring out what's going on, as it
would help to be able to replicate more exactly what they are reporting.

It's possible something has changed in a later version of the kernel
(3.16 was released in 2014, so it's not exactly recent), or the firmware
being used that's exacerbating the problem, but wanted to double check
before I go digging too much, so any more information on this would be
exceedingly grateful.
