[MinnowBoard] Boot order changing itself?

Do you ever happen to remove the device that you have added, and then add it back again?
If you remove a bootable device, the boot option for that device will be removed. If you add that device back, the newly added device only gets the lowest boot priority.

Is anyone noticing that the Minnowboard Turbot is changing boot order?  I have several times asked it to put the Miscellaneous device at the top of the order, asking it to save, then answering y for confirmation.  Thereafter it will boot in the order I request but this does not last too long.
