You should download UEFI BIOS from https://firmware.intel.com/projects/minnowboard-uefi-firmware,
Then include your *.asl into Vlv2DeviceRefCodePkg\AcpiTablesPCAT\DSDT.asl, and rebuild the UEFI BIOS.

https://firmware.intel.com/projects/minnowboard-uefi-firmware release package provides detail instructions to tell you how to build UEFI BIOS.

I have MinnowBoard Max and Windows IoT Enterprise 10. I want to access GPIO
pins, I download sample driver for
https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-driver-samples/tree/master/gpio/samples,
but I have problem I don't know how to put *.asl file in APCI table?  Could
somebody tell me how i can do it?
