[MinnowBoard] How does one run MS-DOS on a MinnowBoard MAX (or turbot)?

Winzent legacy BIOS for Minnowboard Max and Turbot is available from www.winzenttech.com. We published the Max versions 8 months ago and the Turbot version two weeks after the board was available.
