[MinnowBoard] RTL8111 with Legacty BIOS

Hello Brian,
Yes, I can flash the ROM to the 32 bit UEFI, and I suppose I can load
Windows 10. However, isn't the connection on the PCI bus a physical
connection? Shouldn't it be known exactly where in the bus the nic is
physically connected without relying on the enumeration of the OS to tell
us (and possibly enumerate incorrectly)? If you think this is the best
route I can try it, I was just hoping the PCIe connection location was
known information.
Thanks,
Emir
