[MinnowBoard] OpenCL driver for MB Max

I have some experience with OpenCL on the MinnowBoard (and Yocto). You
can use the proprietary OpenCL driver from there, but you may need to
install a couple additional libraries first. Also worth noting is that
the proprietary driver is CPU only, and Beignet is GPU only. If I
remember correctly, the CPU was about 30% faster than the GPU in the
limited testing that I did.
