[MinnowBoard] MInnowboard MAX/Turbot LSE headers

I have a question regarding the low speed expansion headers on the Max and Turbot boards. It looks to me like the headers can provide both 5V and 3.3V power rails to peripheral devices. I’m concerned with current and power requirements for the board and not overdrawing the onboard regulators. Is there any information out there on the maximum current to the pins or from the voltage regulators? I’m looking at the design schematics now to see if I can come up with a ballpark number on my own.
