[MinnowBoard] Outreachy application (Low Speed Lure Development project)

I've you've used Eagle before you may want to take a look at the Tadpole
lure

and make some modifications, add an additional device to the board
(another LED, sensor or some sort, I don't have anything specific in
this case, I'm mostly recommending some basic tasks to get folks who
aren't fully familiar with the tools some basic starting things to get
them the tools and start getting them familiar with them).

You could also take a look at the Ethernet / USB switch lure

https://github.com/MinnowBoard/lure-lse-eth-usb-switch

and add some descriptive silkscreening to it as well (as there's not a
lot of documentation on that board right now).
