[MinnowBoard] No shell and no video... please help me..

It would be helpful if you could let us know if D2 turns on, beyond D1?
 D2 indicates that the SoC is running.  If it's not on, you can try
hitting the SW1 and seeing if D2 comes on?

If D2 isn't coming on (but D1 does), that's a sign that something is
potentially not right, and some additional debugging may be needed.
