[MinnowBoard] Windows10 Pro on Minnowboard MAX issues

My company is developing the board based on Minnowboard MAX.
I installed windows 10 Pro on the Minnowboard Max, it works OK.
But shutdown, restart and S3 is not working, after installed intel graphic driver.
So I tested with Windows 8 Pro.
Windows 8 Pro works properly after installed graphics driver.
I don’t know why Windows 10 Pro only happens.
Is it firmware issue?? Or hardware issue?
Please help me if you know the answer.
