[MinnowBoard] Use Flyswatter2 to program SPI flash on MinnowBoard MAX

Hello MinnowBoard-Experts,

back in 2014 there was a request on this list [1] for more information on how to program the SPI flash of a MinnowBoard with the Flyswatter2. At the time, David Anders offered to provide more in-depth instructions and asked to be pinged if nothing came up within a week. While investigating the same problem (Reporgram the Flash of a MinnowBoard MAX), I stumbled on this very same posting and could not yet find these instructions. @David: Are you still a member of this list and if so, can you please consider yourself pinged with the request for additional instructions?
If not - are there instructions up anywhere else, or does anyone else have information on how to connect the Flyswatter2 to the MinnowBoard MAX?
