[MinnowBoard] WiFi USB dongle?

Are we sure that wpa_supplicant package is available in Lollipop 5.1.1 from 01.org?  Has this been tested?

This sounds more like you don't have the wpa_supplicant software package
available in your build. Do you know where you are getting your
versions of Lollipop? Are you getting them from 01.org?
