[MinnowBoard] Any boards with Atom x3 (SoFIA)?

FCC regulations are going to be the biggest hurdle with that chip, since
the board would (by definition with the cellular radio), be an
intentional radiator, and thus fall into a whole new set of rules on
getting it certified.
