[MinnowBoard] How can one test Chrome Browser on Android 5.1.1 on MBM?

Hi Everyone,

Intel has recently released a test image for Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) for
MinnowBoard Max
(https://01.org/android-ia/downloads/android-5.1.1-lollipop-minnowboard-max-
64/32-bit-userspace ).

We have this running (very good installation instructions from Intel!).

However, our primary interest in Android is to run the Chrome for Android
Browser (for HTML5 media playback applications) with specific interest to
see if Chrome on Android supports/exploits the hardware accelerated video
(H.264, etc) functionality (GPU, Codecs and Graphics libraries, etc) of the
Intel Atom E38XX SoC's.

Due to Google GMS licensing restrictions, the Intel 5.1.1 image does NOT
include the Chrome Browser and Google's Play Store.

Does anyone know how one can get a Chrome Browser running under Android on
MBM using this Android image? Right now we "simply" want to test performance
and some proof of concept things of multiple HTML5 videos being rendered by
Chrome on Android om MBM.

One can't seem to get a Google "GMS License" until you first pass their
Android certification but surely there must be a way to first test this
before one tackles the whole complex certification process from Google? It
feels like a typical "chicken and egg" problem, we can't test Play Store and
Chrome on Android due to no GSM license but to get a license we first need
to make sure everything runs reliably on our platform (which is MBM based
for starters).

Any ideas or help to solve this would be much appreciated...

Best Regards
