I suppose you could. Seems to me you'd want to have a top, a bottom, and as many middle pieces as you have Minnows; swap the M/F 30mm standoffs for M/M and then replace the "bolts/screws" on the top with nuts that screw onto the top of that topmost 30.
How many are you looking for?
