[MinnowBoard] Minnowboard Max won't boot from USB

Thank you John for your help. I was able to get into the install sequence
for Ubuntu, but I ran into another error that had to do with my sd card. I
had to hard reset and now I can't boot back into the pen drive even using
'cd' into the bootx64.efi or even in the BIOS. When I 'ls' I nothing is
listed.
