[MinnowBoard] NI LabVIEW Real Time OS

When I wrote the initial response I didn't have coreboot working to test
with, now I have it working (and I have to update the wiki on how to
build it).

So running the evaluation runs into a big problem up front: there is
EXTREMELY limited ethernet support with only:

	Intel 1000E
	Intel 8255x
	Intel 8254x
	Broadcom 57xx
	NVIDIA Ethernet

of which our RTL8111GS-CG without a driver, and thus failing the evaluator.

The team is going to reach out to the National Instruments folks and see
if that driver can get added, but for now we do not pass.
