[MinnowBoard] MinnowBoard Max - no Input signal on screen

[Rico Miledi]

I was looking at the TinCanTools flasher, however as the board is brand new
I do not see why I should need to do this.
I was looking for confirmation that the board is bad and I think I have
just received it - thank you.
