[MinnowBoard] How do I boot from an SD card using the EFI shell?

Jezra,

Which image were you trying to boot initially?

Your expectation "download an image, write it, and boot" is something we
do regularly. I'm wondering if perhaps the problem is that the image is
not an EFI image (perhaps it's a legacy BIOS image). Can you provide
some more details about it?
