[MinnowBoard] How do I boot from an SD card using the EFI shell?

I bit the bullet, and performed a Debian install. After the install was
complete, I tried to boot using the 'EFI Misc Device' to no avail.
Fortunately, the install process created a 'Debian' boot menu option
that actually worked as expected.
If it is necessary to disable certain configuration options in order to
boot from an sd card, then those options should be disabled by default
in the firmware (IMHO). Personally, I would love to see the MBM have
the friendliness of the Raspberry Pi and Beaglebone where a user can
download an ISO, write it to an sd card, insert the sd card and boot
the device without too much fiddling with hardware.
