[MinnowBoard] How do I boot from an SD card using the EFI shell?

Thank you,
I was unaware of the dos-centric nature of EFI, and that link
definitely was informational.
Now that I have done some more tinkering, I realize my problem had
nothing to do with trying to boot from the "Misc" option. The problem I
had is as follows:
1. A user writes and SD card image to an SD card for use with a
Minnowboard Max
2. user boots Minnowboard Max with the SD card installed
4. in the firmware, the user needs to create a boot option for the SD
card
My problem, was step 4; I couldn't find a tutorial for creating a boot
option for a pre-installed SD Card.
