[MinnowBoard] How do I boot from an SD card using the EFI shell?

Yes, I can press F2 or DEL to get the BIOS like portion of the
firmware, and from there I can navigate to the boot menu and select the
"misc" option. However, there is a boot error displayed for a fraction
of a second and then I am returned to the boot menu.

If I can boot from the EFI shell, I am hoping that I can get a proper
look at the error message and resolve my boot problem.
