[MinnowBoard] How do I boot from an SD card using the EFI shell?

In order to not use my precious data (I have a satellite internet
connection), I cloned an SD card from a working Minnowboard Max and put
the SD card in a new minnowboard max. Now I am stuck trying to figure
out how to boot the nrew minnowboard max from the sd card.
