[MinnowBoard] How do I know if there is power going to my Silverjaw lure?

One thing to note the MAX and Turbot only have a single gen2 pci-e lane
pulled out to the HSE, so there's a pretty hard limit on the speed of
storage that they can handle (4gbps via pci-e, 3gbps via sata2).

I know there's been some interest in a PCI-E lure, so folks can hook up
normal full PCI-E cards as well.
