[MinnowBoard] Link capabilities of the SATA controller on the Minnowboard MAX

It's unlikely you would get any more information out of lspci, as that
only knows what's going on with respect to the PCI(-e) interconnect, not
anything with respect to the device itself. Device specific information
would come out of the driver, and tools like smartctl.
