[MinnowBoard] How do I know if there is power going to my Silverjaw lure?

I had this problem before, and one my board.. it seems the high speed
connector wasn't working well.  Running a 3 Amp power supply with help,
also, on the board you should be able to check for power at a few test
points (they where labeled I thought).    Also, I needed a firmware update
to help it work too.
