[MinnowBoard] Firmware updates for ethernet/chipset etc. + any writeable memory elsewhere?

Hi all,

1. I am wondering if there are any update-able components on the Minnowboard. Specifically, can we update the firmware in the ETH chip or any of the other chips? It is unclear from the RealTek website whether the chip has update-able firmware.

2. Also, with the exception of the main SPI flash, is there any other writable memory (flash,e/eprom etc) elsewhere on the board or inside one of the component chips?

Any info appreciated!
