I've looked but haven't seen one.  You can install windows embedded 8.1, no bsp required.  You could try the generic x86 bsp that comes with WEC7 but the problem is you won't have any drivers for the MBM.

Hi,

It looks like you are stuck in S3 suspend/resume mode. If you are, you need to remove power completely, including the RTC battery if mounted. Wait for 10 seconds or so and then apply power. If only one LED is active now, hold the power button in for 5 seconds or more. Then release and press it again and see if that solves the problem.
