[MinnowBoard] New Board not Video Output

Before I go into trying to get it re-flashed either by CiruitCo or by
getting the DediProg, could this potentially be a symptom of not enough
power? Originally I got a power supply, but somehow confused myself and
bought the wrong one, so I've been supplementing a 5V 1A power adapter that
I had laying around until I get the correct power adapter that supplies
enough Amperage.
Thanks,
-Matt
